**Job Title: Data Migration BA**

**Length: 6 Months**

**Pay Type: Inside IR35 / Daily Rate**

**Rate: £TBD (Awaiting Approval)**

**Key Purpose**

**The Markets Architecture Strategy project** has an opening for an experienced **Data Migration Business Analyst** to help delivery the **data strategy**. This role will concentrate on **Legal Agreement/Credit data families** and will be responsible for delivering the following phases of the strategy:

- **Analysis & Data Profiling**:

- **Data Cleansing**:

- **Migration of Data**:

- **Post Migration maintenance**

**You will require the following experience**:

- Construct data dictionary document and delivery a detailed data quality assessment
- Ability to read and understand Collateral Legal Agreement terms
- Experience of JIRA
- Experience of UAT testing
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Adaptable to regular change
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience in change management principals and methodologies
- An excellent knowledge of financial products, CSA, GMRA, GMSLA, ISDA and clearing agreements including associated workflow. An understanding of legal and regulatory landscape, change portfolio management, client first and service excellence knowledge willbe required.
- Identify opportunities and deliver optimum system architecture by socialising ideas and best practice with key stakeholders and working collaboratively to achieve efficient delivery of continuous improvement.
- Will be able to navigate complexity to gain a high level of understanding and communicate clear and simple solutions and instil confidence in stakeholders articulating project delivery benefits
- Coordinate training for colleagues in preparation for product workflow changes and be available to walk through processes as change is deployed

**Accountabilities**:

- When necessary, be willing to offer flexibility in hours of working, to ensure successful delivery of implanted change and business management to Head of Area
- Ensure correct governance is applied, and that all process change is compliant to bank standards, regulations, procedures and audit requirements.
- Act as a point of reference providing support, guidance and product knowledge to colleagues of all levels, ensuring that the recipient understands the nature of the implemented change.
- Provide one-to-one training to new colleagues, ensuring that reference is made to operational procedures and user guides and all aspects of the task are communicated to the trainee.
- Ensure information is continually communicated and where necessary information/problems are escalated to Management in a timely and efficient manner.
- Exhibit Client 'Values & Behaviors' in all aspects of role.
- Adhere to Group Policy and accept accountability
- Capability to assist in delivering process improvements
- To be forward thinking in this fast-moving environment. Take ownership and drive change to improve process efficiency

- An excellent understanding of procedures products and services. Detailed understanding of operational roles and be able to implement improvements.
- It is essential that you have excellent knowledge of the regulatory practices which impact change the likely impact of forthcoming change with Dodd Frank/ EMIR and relative changes to existing processes linked to the digital landscape.
