Architectural Technician

We are currently representing an award-winning Consultancy based around the Market Harborough area that are actively looking for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their team. **Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Overview**
- Work on a range of developments within the Education, Commercial, Blue Light and Residential sectors
- Prepare drawing packages and specifications
- Project Running / Managing
- Produce tender packages
- Use AutoCAD and / or Revit daily

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements**
- Strong technical knowledge
- Previous professional experience working with AutoCAD and / or Revit
- Around 5 + Years Professional Experience; Post Qualification
- Experience within the Commercial, Education, Residential and / or Blue Light sectors
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and Planning Regulations
- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
- Living in or around the Market Harborough area
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Professional experience Project Running and Managing

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Remuneration**
- Salary; £34,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
- Holiday; 21 Days + Bank Holidays + Christmas Break
