BraForMe is the leading online lingerie retailor in the UK. Partnering with some of the largest U.K and European lingerie brands, they service their international customer base through their own website and 3rd party marketplaces (eBay, Amazon, etc.). Having grown significantly in the preceding 2 years, they pride themselves on having one of the most inclusive ranges of sizes, colours and styles.

In response to BraForMe’s growth, they are excited to announce they are hiring for two positions within their marketplaces team. They are looking for individuals who have a competitive edge, who are passionate about excelling when presented with any challenge, and who are looking for an opportunity to grow into a meaningful role with a clear career progression. Depending on your individual skill set, you will either be working directly in listing management, whereby you will be utilizing your analytical and mathematical skills to improve the positioning and conversion of product offerings. Alternatively, if you have a real passion for the English language and copywriting, you will be focusing on developing our brand message, product descriptions, and building out our website blog content.

**Responsibilities**:
**_Both_**
- Expected to create and manage listings for marketplaces and the website.
- Develop a deep understanding of the lingerie industry, the brands we sell, and how best to position those products on the relevant sales channel.

**_Listing Management specific_**
- Manage the listings on the platforms, understanding winners/losers and providing strategic solutions to better improve conversions on low performing stock.
- Provide sales reports for stock you are managing and provide feedback on brands that are performing well and poorly.
- Perform competitor analysis. Price and reprice listings to ensure we remain competitive on marketplaces.
- Manage marketplace ad budgets.

**_Copywriting specific_**
- Manage and build out the website blog.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to produce content for the website and social channels.
- Maintain and revise product descriptions in line with best seo practices.
- Develop a strong understanding of organic SEO to drive our google positioning to page 1 for key brands and styles.
- Establish partnerships with external content creators and manage that portfolio of contacts to align with wider marketing objectives.

**What we’re looking for**
- We are looking for demonstrable experience that relates to either of these roles. This does not need to be in a specific job role. For example, if you run your own blog or do creative writing, please provide us with examples.
- Experience selling or listing through online marketplaces is a plus.
- Experience working with excel sheets daily is a plus.
- Strong qualifications in English and/or Maths is a plus.
- Listing Management - Experience managing data sets or online retail is a plus.
- Copywriting - Experience managing a blog or publishing written work in any form is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £24,000.00 per year
