**As our leading in-house talented and ambitious expert, you will take control of our Digital Ads and SEO efforts. Dedicated to delivering results through our digital marketing paid campaigns (Google, YouTube and Bing) along with on-site and off-site optimisations. We will look to you to define the overall digital strategy for our luxury business through lead generation, new customer acquisition, website conversions and optimisations. Along with taking ownership of implementing Laings’ PPC & SEO strategies, reviewing our campaigns, and ensuring they align to business objectives.**

**You will be supported by our PPC and SEO Co-ordinator along with our Media Agency, collaborating to implement new campaigns and to optimise existing campaigns across paid channels. We will welcome your expertise and look forward to you developing digital marketing skillsets within our broader team.**

**Here is How We See Your Role**:

- Execute overall strategies for Google, YouTube and Bing Ads advertising for lead generation, new customer acquisition and website conversions.
- Making our website visible while optimising to return a strong ROI.
- Creation and day-to-day management of paid lead generation campaigns for selected demographic audiences, re-marketing audiences on Google Ads, Bing Ads and YouTube.
- Create highly converting ad copy (utilising images, videos, text ads) and have a well-developed understanding of target audiences.
- Passion for data and a strong understanding of performance marketing testing frameworks.
- Keyword research, keyword discovery, negative keywords, search query discovery.
- Technical set up of UTM parameters, tracking in Google Analytics and other programmes.
- Create optimisation strategy including keyword selection, bid strategy, time of the day, placements optimisation.
- Optimising impression the subscriber list, website traffic and ensure conversions continuously grow.
- Build effective funnels for lead generation.
- Optimise landing page conversions.
- Analyse main KPIs as well as in-depth numbers using google analytics, tracking tools and other analytics tools to draw data-driven conclusions.
- Collect data from various channels and submit reports, analyse data to plan day to day optimisation and monthly reporting.

**The Perfect Person We are Looking For**:

- Strong demonstratable experience and results in paid digital marketing and website optimisation.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to manage expectations and work with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders using initiatives to bring forward new ideas and grow the business.
- Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience with Google paid Ads.
- Minimum of 3 years of search engine optimisation experience.
- Google Ads certified and well up to date with the latest trends and best practices in Google Paid Advertising and Google requirements
- In-depth experience in keyword research, bids management, and campaign management
- Commercially minded and financially driven.
