**Mortgage Advisor Job in Wimborne**

Our professional and well-established client in Wimborne is recruiting a Mortgage Advisor to join their team.The qualified Mortgage Advisor will be providing customers a full advice and recommendation service for their mortgages service in accordance withtheir values, scope of regulatory, and compliance requirements whilst maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. The Mortgage Advisor will be responsible for complying at all times with policies and procedures in line with relevant PRA/FCA rules and associatedguidance.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming calls to deal with all leads, online enquiries or existing customers enquiring about mortgages and other business opportunities and actively manage and track enquiries Ensure that all advice and recommendations are given on the basis ofa full and detailed fact find which complies with regulator’s requirements
- Project a professional image to your customers and colleagues
- Build strong customer relationships and provide an excellent customer experience, whilst adhering at all times to procedures and the FCA’s MCOB regulations and guidance
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of the mortgage products, underwriting, affordability requirements and all other products offered
- Act promptly and in an appropriate and courteous manner in response to any customer complaints in accordance with procedures; provide appropriate feedback to enable improvements to the customer experience
- Understand what Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) means and embed this fully within your work
- Attend events to promote products and services, as necessary

**Skills and Experience**:

- CeMap or equivalent qualification
- Mortgage Sales/Advice experience within the Financial Services Sector
- Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products
- High Street Bank or Building Society Mortgage Advisor experience
- Good knowledge of mortgage related insurance products and their purpose/relevance

**Salary and Benefits**:

- £35,000 per annum

- Monday - Friday hours of 9.00 am - 5.00 pm with some flexibility and the expectation to work Saturday mornings (1 in 3)
