Role: Trainee Telesales / Trade Counter

Location: Maidstone

**Salary**: Negotiable (DOE) + Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm OR 8am - 5pm (NO weekends)

**Overview**:
We are recruiting for a Trainee Telesales / Trade Counter Assistant, on behalf of our Electrical Wholesale client in Maidstone, who are looking to expand their internal team.

With this position you will be given full support and training, to help develop your skills in Sales & Customer Service, whilst growing your Electrical Wholesale industry/product knowledge.

Our client is looking for someone self-motivated, with the drive and determination to really make something of themselves.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dealing with customers over the phone and face-to-face on the trade counter
- Building customer relationships to maximise the full potential of accounts
- Processing and following up on quotations
- Consistently providing a high level of customer service
- Participating in on-the-job training

**Skills / Experience**:

- Some Electrical Wholesale experience
- The ability to work as a team
- Eager to learn from your mentor and colleagues
- A genuine interest in developing a career within the Electrical Wholesale industry
