- Restore is currently recruiting for a Contracts Processor. This role is to work for one of our business units Datashred.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To always provide the highest quality of internal customer service with the main focus being on the customer experience with Restore. You will need to liaise with all areas of the business to assist and resolve queries whilst being in line with customer and company SLAs
- To review, validate, and process agreements, frameworks, and amendment forms for either new or existing customers. This will be done either manually or through CPS, ensuring that they adhere to company guidelines regarding pricing, prepayments, contract terms and conditions, procedures, and financial guidelines
- To ensure that all agreements to process are done so fully within the service level agreements which have been set. This includes creating and changing portal accounts for customers and attaching all agreements to the customer's accounts for future queries
- To achieve all individual and team KPIs while also ensuring full engagement with monthly 121 meetings and always looking for ways to progress and looking for any areas of improvement
- To follow and understand all company procedures and policies, including understanding GDPR practices. Be able to complete company paperwork concerning these processes and policies
- To be able to assist when required to deal with contract/agreement queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction always

**ABOUT YOU**
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer-focused, data-input environment
- Ability and commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a positive “can do” attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, organisation, and ownership skills
- Ability to extract all relevant information and identify problems
- Highly competent in standard software packages and excellent IT skills whilst willing to learn new ones
