ROLE PURPOSE:
Summary: Support the broking team to deliver an excellent service in administration for their clients. Key tasks will include preparing new enquiries, monitoring enquiry and policy data and managing premium for existing policies, so that the clients receiveexceptional service.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Planning/Reporting:
- Works with senior members of the team to agree key priorities so that they can manage and plan their workload, ensuring personal and Team objectives are achieved
- Participates in team meetings as required, reporting on business progress within their area of expertise
- Manages assigned projects and contributes to other projects as required
- Provides relevant management information to senior managers
- Meets agreed targets
Technical:
- Capable of entering manual data or reading spreadsheet data accurately.
- Liaises with clients and underwriters to ensures any queries are resolved promptly
- Responds to market and third party queries as appropriate
- Liaises with support technicians and IBA clients as required
- Ensures up to date records are maintained at all times on the Company system
- Seeks guidance on all complex and technical issues
- Knows when to seek guidance from senior members of the team
- Monitors and updates logs to ensure accurate information is on record
