We are proud to be working with a brand-new client, a financial services client who are looking to recruit 9 passionate Customer Service Advisors. You must be able to demonstrate resilience, integrity, excellence in execution and confidence while speaking tocustomers about a variety of queries.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective service, delivering first time contact resolution in a timely and accurate manner achieving a high level of service to members.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in a customer focused environment, ideally within a contact centre however consideration will be given to individuals who have either worked within financial services.
Must Haves
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload

**Salary**: £20,000
Start Dates: 7th November/21st November
Contract Type: Permanent - Full Time - Flexible Hybrid Working (after training)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week between 8:00 to 19:00, Monday to Friday
