**Role: Associate Sustainability Consultant (Built Environment)**

**Location: Surrey - Hybrid**

**Salary: £70 000 - £90 000/ annum + Individual Bonus**

**Timely Recruit is working with a Sustainability Consultancy for the Built Environment. This will be an opportunity to work with a team of dedicated, values-driven professionals at the forefront of the fight against climate change.**

**The Role**:
Our client provides innovative and solution-focused advice to **Architects, Contractors** and **Developers**, to create a more Sustainable future in the Built Environment. This is an exciting time to join the business; to be an active part in growing the business and work with passionate and like minded professionals who have the same valueswith space to grow

**Responsibilities**:Associate Sustainability Consultant**
- Provide Clients with high-quality technical and strategic advice on a broad range of Sustainability Services including BREEAM, WELL, PassivHaus, Whole Life Cycle Carbon Assessments and Air Quality Assessments, Materials Lifecycle Cost Analysis, SustainabilityStatements and Sustainability Procurement Plans.
- Play an active part in the growing team and business.
- Lead one of the Sustainability Team’s, investing in each individual to help them fulfil their potential.
- Manage using a coaching and collaborative style of management in which they will be trained.
- Expand our client offering into new and exciting areas of sustainability.
- Experience of working within the built environment - ideally.
- BREEAM qualifications/ WELL/ PassivHaus, Whole Life Cycle Carbon Assessments and Air Quality Assessments, Materials Lifecycle Cost Analysis, Sustainability Statements and Sustainability Procurement Plans.
- A relevant degree
- Work to build trust-based relationships, deliver excellence and challenge the status quo.
