**About the role**

You will be a key figure in the finance team, reporting to the group financial controller and site General Manager with responsibility for all aspects of finance relating to the relevant manufacturing site. The role holder will add value through financial analyses, cost management and financial planning and be seen as a trusted business partner across the group.

**Key Responsibilities**;
- Be a key member of the site leadership team, business partnering across departments to drive financial performance for the site;
- Preparation of accurate, timely monthly management accounts;
- Oversight and continual improvement of systems, processes and controls;
- Manage, develop and motivate finance team;
- Preparation of 12 month rolling forecasts and budgets;
- Ad-hoc financial analysis and project work.

**About you;**
- An appropriate financial or accounting qualification;
- Demonstrable experience of high performance in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP;
- Evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders;
- Excellent communication skills and a service orientated approach;
- Ability to work hands-on, autonomously and as part of a team;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Strong IT skills, including Excel.
