**Position Overview**:
Prime Secure is seeking a proactive and dedicated QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) Advisor to join our team in Glasgow. As a QHSE Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility within our organization. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving QHSE systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with management and staff to develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards, unsafe practices, and environmental risks.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on QHSE-related matters, including training, awareness, and compliance.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Monitor and analyze QHSE performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, industry bodies, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits, certifications, and assessments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a QHSE role, preferably within the security industry or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of relevant QHSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are highly desirable.

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
