Behaviour Buddy

Milk Education are pleased to be recruiting for 1:1 Behaviour Support Mentors to work in a Primary School based in BD3. The role will involve providing support to children who require assistance in overcoming barriers to learning.

This will be a full time role starting as soon as possible, and will be 1:1 support with a child who has challenging behaviours.
- If you have worked in an education, social care, nursery setting or similar and have passion to support children with additional needs then this role would be PERFECT for you_

To be considered for the role you must have:

- Previous experience working with children, or young adults, with behaviour and complex needs
- Confidence dealing with pupils with different abilities and SEND requirements
- An ability to build positive relationships and a rapport with young people
- Have a caring, resilient nature
