**What you’ll be doing as an NPD Technologist**
- Present facts and ideas to internal and external customers alongside the NPD Manager
- Plan, organise, and control resources i.e., ingredients, time, packaging
- Gathering information and awareness of comparative products from all major retailers.
- Set up and develop benchmarking panels.
- Making samples accurately for assessment.
- Admin work for the NPD function including formulations sheet
- Help to develop products to customer requirements, ensuring products at all stages are in line with the brief, commercial requirements and viable for the factory.
- Review, analyse and report on specific projects in a scientific manner
- Support the NPD Manager in ensuring projects are delivered on time and to all specified requirements.
- Any other activities as deemed necessary by the Management in order to facilitate continuous improvement.
