**_Up to £38,000 Basic depending on experience, plus on target Bonus - £13,200 (uncapped) plus Benefits including: _**

**The Role**:

- You will be primarily responsible for building relationships and sales within your large portfolio as well as developing new business from qualified leads & incoming calls.
- Over the phone you will be able to engage clients in needs-based conversations & give online demonstrations of how the range of digital solutions work and will then recommend a range of solutions to suit their needs
- Must be friendly and outgoing with a terrific phone manner and professional
- Have a min of 2 years’ experience within telephone account management approach.
- Must be excellent at building long term customer relationships
- Puts the client at the heart of the sale
- Has a consultative business approach
- Is IT Literate and mentally agile
- Has an interest and knowledge in digital solutions - not essential
