An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist with PA duties to join a busy team within Peter Harding Wealth Management who are a highly successful Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Wealth Management Plc.

St. James’s Place Wealth Management plc (SJP) is a leading, and highly regarded FTSE 100 UK Wealth Management company which distributes a range of investment and retirement products and financial solutions to a high net worth client base. St. James’s Place Wealth Management has funds under management in excess of £140bn.

The Practice has been highly successful and experienced year on year growth since it was established. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a reputable firm.

**The Person**

You will be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service/front of house skills and ideally will have previous experience of working in a busy receptionist role. You must be able to show initiative, have excellent IT skills and be a strong organiser. As you will have contact with clients, it is essential that you are professional and confident in dealing with third parties, you enjoy dealing with people, have excellent communication skills and can work with total discretion.

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style. You are a self starter and able to work with little or no supervision.

Full training will be given.
