Bradford, United Kingdom Bevan Health and Wellbeing Full time

**Who we are**:
Bevan are a pioneering social enterprise established in 2011 and now widely regarded as being at the forefront of health and wellbeing services for highly vulnerable groups who face social barriers to accessing care. As a social enterprise any profits we make are invested back into services for our patients.

Bevan operate a health inclusion service across West and North Yorkshire where we help and support some of the most marginalised and excluded people.

Many Bevan patients have complex needs, have experienced trauma and or have addiction and or mental health issues. We take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and understand that many things impact on a person’s sense of wellness. We pride ourselves in a responsive and person led approach - finding compassionate solutions by working alongside individuals.

Values, culture and people are incredibly important to us, we are looking for a driven Future Talent Coordinator to join our team. Developing our volunteers and peer advocates is a top priority at Bevan and the person in this role will work closely with our Head of Customer Experience and Partnerships to design, develop and deliver innovative and empowering programmes which meet the needs of our patients and guests.

**What you will be doing?**

The Regional Future Talent Coordinator will lead and support a team of peer support specialists and volunteers including digital champions, who will support patients to attend health appointments, gather experiences of accessing care and treatment, ensure their rights are upheld and help people better connect to health digitally.

You will develop and offer a range of participation options for people with lived experience.

You will lead a team of peer advocate and volunteer coordinators to deliver to a wide demographic and geography.

You will help to develop and lead an Academy which ensures our people have a voice in service design and empower them to co-deliver our services.

**Responsibilities of the post**:

- work in collaboration with Bevan colleagues and partners to coordinate a peer advocate and volunteer programme which incorporates digital inclusion and employability
