**The Opportunity**

The Digital Customer Experience team is here to enable seamless new customer experiences across all of our iconic brands.

We're scaling our Digital operations in Manchester and looking for the best talent to join us.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Drive an end-to-end digital technology and digital product strategy in the transformation space of Customer Experience
- Understand and champion Product thinking, including API-as-a-product and Product management applied to APIs (think Stripe)
- Work hand-in-hand with architects and technical leaders in Digital, as well as key teams in Customer Experience, Engineering, Data and Integration
- Be at the heart of the connection between technology and value.
- Build a network and deep knowledge of the needs of your users and stakeholders in Jaguar Land Rover, it's global consumers and partners.
- Work with your key users and stakeholders to stretch their ambition as your technology offers them new opportunities.
- Build a culture of delivering outcomes, using essential metrics and measures to guide you.
- Be detail oriented, easy to work with, a natural team player with an eye for team chemistry and culture.
- Be resilient, energetic and enthusiastic, able to deliver results in a business critical workstream, whilst responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs

**What you will need**
- The brilliant basics - a clear vision, strategy and roadmap for your product; defining and contributing to a ‘North Star’ that will drive digital transformation.
- Patience to deal with the now, and the instinct to lead into the future.
- A deep understanding of technology, fluency in Digital technologies
- Strong and clear communication skills, experienced at delivering, explaining and justifying key information and decisions to individuals and groups at all levels, and to our teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - negotiating, brokering, influencing and satisfying the decisions made and why.
- Commercial acumen
- Great team references
