Are you passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a supportive learning environment for young children? We are seeking enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team in South Liverpool.

**Responsibilities**:
As an EYFS TA, your responsibilities will include:

- ** Supporting Classroom Activities**: Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- ** Phonics Support**: Utilise an understanding of Read Write Phonics to support early literacy development among young learners.
- ** Individualised Attention**: Provide one-on-one or small group support to children who may require additional assistance.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with the EYFS teaching team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- ** Observation and Reporting**: Monitor and report on the progress and behaviour of individual students, providing feedback to the teaching staff.
- ** Safety and Well-being**: Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, maintaining a nurturing and secure learning environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant childcare qualifications are preferred.
- Experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Understanding of Read Write Phonics is highly desired.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dedication to the social, emotional, and academic development of young learners.
- Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to undertake a new one.
