Join a supportive and enthusiastic team looking to grow the fostering service in Merthyr Tydfil.

The suitable applicant must demonstrate that they meet the requirements for the systemic practitioner as described in the Job Description and Person Specification.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing therapeutic support and interventions to an enthusiastic group of foster carers, with whom you will be expected to build and develop effective partnerships, linking with the team around the child to ensure positive outcomes are achieved.

As a systemic practitioner in the Foster Wales Merthyr team, you will be able to set a standard of leadership for the service, fully participate with the services priorities, show initiative, take responsibility and be accountable.

What We Are Looking For From You?

The successful applicants must also be able to demonstrate that they have excellent knowledge of work relating to Children who are Looked After by the Local authority.
