**Fleet Compliance Administrator - MV Commercial**

Due to our continuous expansion, MV Commercial, with a fleet of almost 2000 vehicles have an opportunity for a fleet compliance administrator to join our friendly team on a permanent basis.

Duties will include:

- Carrying out admin/compliance related tasks as required
- Planning and arranging fleet inspection
- Chasing outstanding paperwork and documents
- Booking relevant tests and inspections with both internal and external workshops
- Working with internal and external departments to communicate information
- Ensuring all vehicles are serviced to legal requirements
- Issuing purchase order numbers
- Update and maintain internal systems
- Assist in any compliance projects as required

MV Commercial is one of the leading specialist vehicle suppliers in the UK and services & repairs vehicles from all leading manufacturers including DAF, MAN, Scania and Volvo.

We have our own on-site restaurant, which is open for use by all staff between 6am and 2pm Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work, and can demonstrate the following:

- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to actively seek solutions to problems
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks
- Excellent awareness and understanding of health and safety requirements
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Vehicle compliance experience would be advantageous
- Administration experience required
