**Volunteer Coordinator (Prison Specialist)**
As a Volunteer Coordinator you will provide support to volunteers and Pact Peer Workers providing support in custody and community. You will work as one of the Pact Mentoring team, you will be based - and travel extensively in - the Thames Valley area, providingsupport, advice and guidance to prisoners and those in the community on a licence.

Please note: ownership of a valid driving licence and means of transport will be preferable.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will understand working with vulnerable adults in a challenging environment. You will have experience of working with and managing a pool of volunteers and also those with lived experience. You will also have excellent organisationalskills and the ability to manage a demanding workload. You will have the skills to contribute to planning and to the development of service users' success, and also have knowledge of safeguarding/child protection practice. In addition, you will have excellentinterpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work and build partnerships with a range of agencies.

**Location**: Homebased in the Thames Valley, with travel to different prisons and locations
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Hours**: Full Time, 37.5 per week Monday to Friday
**Salary**: £26,500 per annum (£25,500 basic + £1000 market supplement)
