We have an exciting opportunity for a self-driven individual who is looking to learn and develop in the Lettings and Property Management sector.

Unlike other lettings and property agents, we know our properties inside and out - because we have a personal interest in all the properties and land we let, we ensure that they are well-cared for, maintained, and fully functional and suitable for your needs.
**Job Summary**:
We currently have a vacancy in our busy Estates department for an effective and well organised administrator to help our team with the following:
- Dealing with all incoming repair requests from tenants.
- Liaising with and instructing contractors on works, to include estimate requests and reports etc.
- Utilise our company computer systems and databases to maintain accurate and comprehensive maintenance records.
- Processing invoices and quality control of works completed within 28 days.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team.
**Who are we looking for**:
We are looking for a well-organised, dynamic individual who can think on their feet as well as work well as part of a team. Good administration skills are a must, as well as strong communication and customer service skills to be able to build relationships with our tenants and contractors. Any previous knowledge of property repairs or trades would be advantageous, but moreso is the ability and desire to learn and develop in this area as your career progresses with us.

**Full-time hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, with one day per week 10am - 6.30pm. Alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm**
