Morning Caretaker

Brannam Medical Centre requires a Caretaker/Handyperson to cover morning duties. The main responsibility of the successful applicant will be to open up the premises, ideally should have proven skills/ experience in general building maintenance and a knowledge of health and safety requirements, able to correctly disposal of confidential waste, recycling, clinical and general waste, security and maintenance of the building and grounds. Hours required are 6.45am - 10.45am Monday to Friday. Flexibility is essential due to the nature of the work and the potential availability for additional maintenance hours if interested..

Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.42-£10.75 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Devon, EX32 8GP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
