**WHAT YOU''LL DO**:

- Design and continuously improve process maps, workflows, and procedures to guide Business Services & HR Ops process implementation.
- Architect, document, and operationalize processes/procedures across the Business Services & HR Ops function.
- Deep-dive into data, assess processes end-to-end, identify root cause defects and gaps to optimize functions’ delivery of scope.
- Validate and distribute key reporting and assist in development of standard and ad-hoc reports for ongoing user needs
- Assist in the development, management and execution of ongoing Business Services & HR Ops projects.

**YOU''RE GOOD AT**:

- Contributing to the establishment of a newly formed function under BCG X, helping to shape the impact it can have Globally
- Strong collaborator for Regional Business Services & HR Ops team, helping to to deliver on a wide range projects
- Actively working with multiple functions with BCG X to ensure depth of understanding of employee population being served
- Actively building a strong Global network with BCG X and BCG counterparts and stakeholders
- Staying organized and keeping others on track
- You love the details and focus relentlessly on accuracy
- You are a strong cross-functional collaborator

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- 3-5 years experience in professional services or high-paced work environment
- Experience with using data and insights to make business recommendations
- Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.). Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau beneficial
- Some experience in HR systems such as Workday beneficial
- Bachelor''s degree strongly preferred or equivalent years of relevant work experience
