**Position**:Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

**Hours**:25-40 Hours a week

**Pay**:£11.00 per hour

**Location**:Sutton Coldfield B75 5SD

**About us**:
This position is based in our Canwell Nursery, located in the former village school building this, our smallest nursery is full of character and charm. The home from home atmosphere is a real hit with parents and children. Just a couple of minutes away from Bassett's Pole roundabout it has great transport links from Sutton, Birmingham and Tamworth.

We aim to nurture all our children as individuals by giving them the opportunity to develop physically, emotionally, socially and intellectually through playing, exploring and learning with others in an environment that is safe, child-focused and above all happy and fun

**Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children
- Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children
- Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met
- Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development
- To be fun, caring and friendly
- To meet welfare and learning requirements of the children
- To promote a high-quality learning environment

**What we need from you?**
- Passion and commitment for working in childcare
- Ability to work shifts between 7.30-6.00pm Monday to Friday working between 25 - 40 hours per week
- Commitment to continual development
- NNEB, BTEC Nat Dip, CACHE Dip in Childcare, NVQ level 3, EY Educator

Please note the nursery is open from 7:30am-6:00pm, Monday to Friday, shift patterns will be rotating within these opening hours. Please make sure you can commit to early and late shifts before applying.
