My Client is looking for an Experienced Logistics Office Administrator, they are a recycling company based in Solihull.

Looking to start immediately.

**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR / LOGISTICS CO-ORDINATOR**

1 day in the office the 4 days working from home once comfortable and happy with the role.

£21,000-£25,000 Per year Full Time

Monday

**Duties will include**:

- Receiving export orders, liaising with customers, answering order queries, providing purchase orders and delivery timescales.
- Preparing paperwork for export documentation eg., Sales Contract, Load List, Container Photos, VGM, Packing List & Commercial Invoices.
- Being the first point of contact for Logistic instructions
- Arrange booking for shipping container and domestic transport.
- Arranging collections with different hauliers
- Administrative duties, ensuring all paperwork is completed

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham, B16 8QG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
