Amazon & Shopify Optimisation Specialist

EcoGrid, a small and vibrant team of 14 professionals across our office and warehouse, is seeking an additional member to join our IT department and support our e-commerce growth.

As an E-commerce Optimization Specialist, your focus will be on identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize our online storefronts, with a primary emphasis on improving the performance of our Amazon and Shopify platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
**Amazon Account Specialist**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon seller accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Optimize product listings for better visibility, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Develop engaging A+ content using Amazon's Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) or A+ Content Manager.
- Coordinate and manage Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) processes and monitor inventory levels.
- Analyse account performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and ratings.
- Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices.

**Shopify SEO Specialist**:

- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, and URLs.
- Optimize website structure, internal linking, and site speed for better user experience and search engine visibility.
- Create SEO-friendly blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages.
- Monitor website performance, track keyword rankings, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Stay informed about SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
