Role title **Account Lead - Food & Beverage**

Compensation: £65,000 - £75,000 + £4,000 Flex allowance, up to 20% bonus and benefits

40 hours, Monday - Friday. Hybrid working available

As an experienced Account Manager / Asset Manager within food and beverage and/or hospitality the Account Lead will manage all food and beverage contracts at London Gatwick.

The Account Lead will develop long term relationships with London Gatwick Concessionaires to deliver income and sales targets. They will primarily drive value from negotiating contracts with existing and new brands as well as working with the retail operational performance team to ensure concessionaires maximise their sales.

The Account Lead will collaborate with the wider commercial and projects teams to ensure new and existing brands open on time and in line with the concept agreed at contracting. After opening the Account Lead will support the operations team to ensure trading performance is delivered in line with agreed objectives throughout the contract lifecycle.

**What is the role?**
- To deliver income targets and other KPIs via contract management and negotiation for accounts.
- Budgets and re-forecasts income performance.
- Contributes to business planning and category planning cycle.
- Models and analyses financial proposals, preparing documents and papers to secure approval for contracts.
- Improves team by acting as a mentor / specialist point of contact.

**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrable experience of negotiating and improving commercial contracts with 3rd parties
- Experience of working with contracts and working closely with legal advisors to produce contracts that deliver the commercial intent of negotiations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - proven ability to develop relationships with third parties
- Proven business acumen - highly numerate - proven track record in financial analysis and appraisal of deals
- Capable of working in a fast moving and rapidly changing environment with multiple projects - able to manage conflicting priorities
- Commercially astute, self starter - driven with the ability to prioritise in line with business goals
