We pride ourselves on working collaboratively with our colleagues across the South locality to provide a holistic, multidisciplinary approach to care delivery.

This opportunity is available to Health Care Assistants who are ready to take the next step into developing their own community career.

The post requires locality wide accessibility at times covering other bases within the area and therefore the ability to travel between sites is essential.

You will support the nursing team to deliver outstanding care, showing support to our patients and their families; helping to promote independence, dignity and positively enhancing the lives of the patients in our care.

As a team member you will receive on-going support with an excellent development programme to help you reach your full potential. We can also provide opportunities for you to progress in your career with Apprenticeships and Nursing Associate Training available.
