**Salary**:
Training Rate: £11.48/h on days - £13.85 on nights

Qualified Rate: £13.85/h on days - £16.62 on nights

CNC Setter Rate: £15.97/h on days - £19.17 on nights

**Shifts**:
Week 1 split

Monday 0700-1900

Tuesday 0700-1900

Wednesday off

Thursday 1900-0700

Friday 1900-04.30

Week 2 day shift

Wednesday 0700-1900

Thursday 0700-1900

Friday 0700-1900

Week 3 nightshift

Monday 1900-0700

Tuesday 1900-0700

Wednesday 1900-0700

**Duties**:

- How to operate multi-spindle lathes
- How to read and understand engineering drawings
- Quality inspection processes and procedures, including the use of measuring equipment
- How to carry out adjustments to machinery to maintain quality of components

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- A proven track record in a machining environment
- A good team player with the ability to work accurately and efficiently using their own initiative taking resourceful action during periods of considerable pressure
- Inter-personal skills to obtain the required levels of inter-action between production areas
- Numerate, methodical, and motivated. Willingness and capability to learn develop and adapt
