**Job Summary**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Service & Logistics Administrator. You will support the Transport Service & Logistics Co-Ordinator to manage and maintain the transport fleet in line with company, legal, manufacturer and safety requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build, foster, and maintain potential and existing customer relationships through inbound and outbound calls.
- Support with the accurate updating and maintenance of any documentation/systems
- Check and maintain the system for Working Time Directive, tachograph rules and regulations
- Ensure audit trails for maintenance of vehicle records are accurately documented and maintained
- Follow all transport policies, legislation, and procedures in place

**About you**
- A proven track record in an administrative role, preferably with experience in logistics/transport
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build great working relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and solve problems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
