With a recent investment by private equity company H2, we are looking to recruit Trainee Recruitment Consultants to enrol on our award-winning training programmes within our Call & Contact Centre division in Leeds.
Our team is already working with some large call and contact centre clients in Yorkshire and is a true specialist in their market. You will be looking to continue building relationships with existing clients whilst creating new business opportunities to placeCustomer Service and Sales professionals into new roles.
We will provide you with the necessary training where people have received two promotions within 12 months of joining Search. You will also have excellent earning potential from day one and benefit from our £0 threshold and three bonus structures to increaseyour take-home pay
What does the role involve?
- Making business development calls to companies to generate new opportunities
- Arranging client meetings to negotiate terms and fees & service reviews
- Using our in-house CRM systems to ensure that all data remains up to date
- Working towards targets and KPIs to monitor and track your progression
Key skills required;
- Previous sales or recruitment experience is essential
- An interest in Digital/Tech is preferable
- Passionate, driven and tenacious
- Confident in the ability to build rapport
- Ability to nurture relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Working to targets and deadlines
