We are looking for a Canteen Team Leader who is reliable and conscientious person, reporting to our Canteen Manager, this role is key to ensuring the canteen runs smoothly on a daily basis.

**Role includes**:

- Stock taking and product rotation
- Serving of food and beverages
- Collect monies and operate cash till
- Responsible for cashing up at end of shift
- Cleaning of kitchen equipment, worktops, tables and floors
- Opening/Closing Canteen at start/end of shift
- Deputise for Canteen Manager during periods of holiday/sickness, to include ordering of stock, end of day/week/month accounts
- Preparing and cooking of food
- Assist Canteen Manager with implementation of new processes/procedures including compliance documentation

- Own transport

**Essential**:

- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
- Previous experience working in a Canteen role.
