**Sales Office Manager**

**THE ROLE**: A new leadership opportunity has come to the fore within this market leading commercial washroom solution provider based in Kent. The Sales Office Manager will be leading a team of 12 Inside Sales Managers who's responsibilityis to close & win projects with Main & Sub Contractors working on projects which have been specified by the company's Specification Managers. These projects are nationwide and the team are split into regional areas. The team could be working on projects suchas schools, NHS, commercial buildings, or local authorities.

Based in the office, you will coach, lead, and develop the team in order for them to hit and exceed their targets monthly. The Sales Office Manager will be analytical, good with figures, and commercially aware. You will get involved with the sales processfrom time to time where value add is required, but this role is 90% management & coaching of the whole team rather than carrying a person number.

The Sales Office Manager will be commutable to Gravesend, come from an Inside Sales leadership background, and bring an energy, enthusiasm, and passion to a team which is strong & driven.

**We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:

- Have a background in Internal Sales team leadership
- Come from a service background ideally
- Ability to manage a pipeline of projects and long sales cycle
- Good with numbers, analytical, can deal with conflict, and is commercially astute
- Understanding of commercial projects in construction sector, or washroom experience, desirable but not essential

**Salary**: £45k-60k basic salary (DOE), plus £10k OTE (can be extended to 140% of target), mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday, pension scheme
