We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our small, friendly team in Redruth. This role is varied and includes multiple tasks associated with the day to day running of a small office.

There may be opportunities for more hours and responsibilities as the position develops.

**ESSENTIAL**
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Good or very good, current MS Office & PC skills.
- Confident and professional communicator.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated.

**DESIRABLE**
- Flexible to do additional hours to cover sickness or holidays.
- Experience of working in a small team and or working alone.
- Interest in coffee and the hospitality industry.
