We are currently recruiting for Logistics Coordinator to join DHL in Didcot, OX11 7HH

As a Warehouse Operative you will work Monday - Thursday 08:00am-16:30 and 08:00am-16:00 on Fridays and be paid £14.29 per hour.

To provide frontline customer support, handling enquiries and complaints for the customer whilst ensuring that a high level of service is provided at all times. Providing guidance to the admin assistants as and when required.

As a Logistics Coordinator you will be:

- Ensure that all daily duties, procedures and processes are completed and adhered to on a day to day basis to ensure a high level of service is received by the customer.
- Provide front line customer support handling enquiries and complaints
- Full compliance to all Health and Safety regulations, ensuring that all Health & Safety policies and procedures within their areas of responsibility are complied with and fully maintained. Report any and all accidents and near misses to the Warehouse Man.
- Booking of specialist transport requests for the customer and warehouse.
- Assist in the teams target to deliver growth expected by the company.
- ensure weekly/monthly KPI are updated and provided as and when requested.
- Ensure the returns procedure is followed in the event of stock being damaged.
- experience in customer facing environment of high quality solutions to address customers particular needs.
- Maintain, review and update all processes to ISO9001 standard.
- Flexing/re allocating resources / activity based on real time analysis of real time information to ensure that the shift completes all assigned tasks on time and in excess of minimum key performance indicators and quality standards.

As a Logistics Coordinator you will-- Maintaining existing work management systems with customer information.
- To work closely with the warehouse manager to reconcile stock levels within the warehouse against delivery and pick of each item.
- Work closely with the customer to ensure a high level of service.
- Working knowledge of SAP and to be able to interrogate and provide answers to the customer.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
- Understanding of Microsoft (Word, Visio and Excel)
- Methodical and reliable.
- Flexibility with regard to shift and rota working.
