- Early Years Field Practitioner - Working across different sites_

Do you share a passion for working in Early Years and would you like to be part of our fun, enthusiastic and motivated team? Would you like to join us in guiding, nurturing and developing our children to the highest level of development? You can have this without being an assigned Key Person. You will be working at more than one site.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our childcare provision at Little Adventures Nursery. Part of the Ocean Adventurers group of companies, we put high quality childcare and education at the heart of everything we do.

Key roles include:

- To ensure that all children in our care receive the highest possible standard of childcare and professional practice within the nursery.
- To ensure that you follow the safeguarding policy and understand that we are a company for whom child protection is very important.

**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**

A confident individual who is committed about providing the best quality opportunities to children, young people, and the community.
- An empathy for and enjoyment of working with children.
- Working knowledge of effective safeguarding practice.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Level 3 or above relevant childcare qualification
- Willingness to engage in training and reflect for their own development
- Understanding that everyone is different and making sure everyone who uses our services are respected and given the best experience.
- Self-motivated, flexible and solution focused approach.
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and in challenging situations.
- Ability to provide support and guidance whilst promoting learning and respect.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.92 per hour
