**What will you be doing?**
- Raise Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipt, to match invoices
- Manage the GRIR Process
- Maintain PO Compliance for the site
- Dealing with purchase ledger and sales ledger invoice queries with the assistance of stakeholders
- Conduct weekly and monthly Supplier Invoicing
- Maintain databases used for the Management Accounts purposes
- Data collection & reconciliation to support projects
- Assist with Payroll processing and Purchase Card reconciliations

**What are we looking for?**
- Strong organisation skills to ensure tasks are prioritised and completed with set deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- GCSE (5 A-C to include Maths & English)
