**Charity and Events Fundraiser**

Join our team of Fundraisers working on behalf of one the UK’s well known Pets Charity, employed by Chain to Chain on a permanent contract. You will be the public face of the charity, interacting with the public seeking their support through regular monthly direct debit donations, working at high footfall sites, festivals, and events. You will also be able to opt for door-to-door fundraising

You'll need to have excellent communication skills, a passion for interacting with the public with the ability to work under your own initiative.

Chain to Chain is commitment to a quality service and fundraiser expertise. You will be provided with full training and support followed by 8 weeks in-field mentoring managed by an assigned team leader ensuring you receive the best possible support.

**What we’re looking for**
- An engaging and persuasive communicator who enjoys travelling and working in a different environment and travelling each day
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport in a face-to-face situation
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- A driving licence and your own vehicle
- The desire to be a passionate advocate for the Charity you represent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role such as Direct Sales, Customer Service or Field Sales

We provide our fundraisers permanent employment contracts on a full or part time basis, this includes a basic wage plus commission and discretionary bonuses, which relate to the number and quality of donors they achieve. Commission only based contracts also available

Our venue and door-to-door fundraisers typically work between 10am and 6pm and are usually employed on a 35 hour per week contract working 5 days per week. Our venues are often busiest first thing in the morning, over lunchtime and later in the afternoon, so being flexible with the hours they work is essential to demonstrate commitment to reaching their donor targets each week.

You will be provided with a uniform, equipment, and materials. This includes an electronic tablet to take donations. Fundraisers are entitled to 28 days holiday per year
