**Job Title**:Mobile Residential House Cleaner (Car Essential)

**Location**: Covering 3 Areas Bracknell, Fleet & Wokingham

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping, to ensure a clean and tidy environment.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other living spaces in accordance with established standards.
- Handle specialized cleaning tasks, such as cleaning delicate surfaces, polishing silverware, and caring for high-end furnishings.
- Organize and arrange items in a neat and orderly manner, ensuring that all belongings are handled with care.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Follow specific instructions from clients regarding cleaning preferences and requirements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are properly stored and in good working condition.
- Keep accurate records of cleaning tasks performed and submit reports as required.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation between residential properties.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning results.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients and understand their cleaning preferences.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of regular cleaning tasks.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques for different surfaces and materials.
- Professional and courteous demeanor with an ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy.
- Availability to work the specified schedule of Tuesday and Wednesday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
