Swansea, United Kingdom Blue Arrow Full time

We are recruiting for a Senior Pensions Administrator to work in a busy team Monday to Friday, 40 hours between 8am and 6pm, with core hours being 09:00 - 17:30. This role is based fully remotely, working from home.
**About the role**:
We are looking for experienced Senior Pension Administrators to join our Pensions Solutions team in a home-based role

Within the role, you will be helping to support and mentor your colleagues as a Senior Pension Administrator.

As part of the Pensions team, you'll earn a competitive salary and enable your colleagues to reach their full potential.

Along with quality-checking the work of junior colleagues and mentoring them as they learn and develop, you will continuously challenge the activities both inside and outside of the team to ensure they are always delivering the highest standard of customer service to our clients.

Here, we encourage all our colleagues to be who they want to be. You'll have the freedom and flexibility to progress your career and expand your skillset - with a variety of opportunities to do so in countless sectors throughout the business - and to work in a way that best suits you.

If you're looking for an opportunity to advance your career and make a real impact on both our business and our wide variety of clients, this could be the role for you.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Processing all work in accordance with the active management protocols
- Handling complex cases and conducting stress tests
- Authorising scheme records and events
- Scrutinising calculations and processes to ensure they are thorough, cost-effective and efficient
- Identifying and addressing complaints, when required
- Challenging both internal and external activities to improve the customer experience

**What we're looking for**:

- In-depth experience of working on DB Pension Schemes
- Demonstrable experience in both pensions administration and work management systems
- An ability to coach, train, develop and mentor junior members of the team, using your expertise, insights and knowledge
- A high level of proficiency when using Microsoft 365
- An accurate, detail-oriented approach to your work, and flexibility when managing multiple tasks with varying demands and deadlines

**What's in it for you**:

- A competitive salary
- 23 days' holiday (rising to 27) with the opportunity to buy extra leave
- Company matched pension, life assurance, a cycle2work scheme, 15 weeks' fully paid maternity, adoption and shared parental leave, paternity pay of two weeks, and more
- Voluntary benefits designed to suit your lifestyle-from discounts on retail, socialising, to travel, technology, and health and wellbeing
- Access to our Employee Network Groups, which represent every strand of diversity, and allow colleagues to connect and learn from each other on an open, inclusive platform
- We believe in offering ways of working based on what suits an individual's needs and circumstances, so are open to discussing any requests for flexible working arrangements.

Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
