**Location: Norbury, London**
**Pay: £13 - £15 Per hour**
**Hours: 8 am - 5:30 pm (Additional hours available)**
**Schedule: Monday - Friday**
**Who are we?**
We are a housing association providing accommodation with support, we assist vulnerable people to get back into education, full time work and ultimately move on into their own independent accommodation so reducing the social impact on the wider community of homelessness and social exclusion.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Managing and arranging change of utility meters for multiple properties with various providers.
- Handling any issues with all types of utility meters and general gas and/or electricity issues.
- Managing tenants utility top ups and confirm all tenants are contributing towards utilities.
- Liaising with various departments, tenants and energy suppliers to ensure all properties maintain a constant supply of electricity and gas.
- Administration and record keeping, ensuring all work, appointments and expenses are recorded on the database.
- Managing incoming letters and handling queries from energy suppliers and tenants.
- Proficient knowledge of utility meters, suppliers and managing utility accounts.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Effective and efficient problem solving skills.
- Scheduling appointments with multiple parties.
- Skilled telephone and written etiquette.
- An understanding and patient approach when dealing with service-users.
**Salary**: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
