**About the role**

This opportunity would suit an Estimator looking for a new challenge in a varied and autonomous role within a well-established company operating across various markets.

The role is based in our offices in Southport. The position may require site visits across the North West region.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cost estimates to high levels of accuracy
- Collate and analyse project cost estimates at all stages of the project
- Review and validate estimates
- Provide input into the tender review process
- Interface with project planning teams to ensure alignment between the estimate and the Project Plan
- Produce monthly reports to an agreed reporting cycle and communicate to all levels of management
- Produce monthly valuations

**About you**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an estimating role - ideally contract side however client side will be considered
- An excellent communicator
- Experience of working as Principal and Main Contractor
- Excellent organisation, communication and IT skills
- Highly proactive, logical and adaptable with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Good time keeping, problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail
- The ability to prioritise across multiple concurrent projects
- A full UK driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- estimating: 4 years (preferred)
