**Office Manager - Doncaster - £27,000 - £30,000**

Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced Office Manager to join an established business based in Doncaster.

**Key Responsibilities of an Office Manager**:

- General office management
- Overseeing the payroll process
- Sending out invoices
- Chasing payments for overdue accounts
- Organising meetings and managing databases
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Manage online and paper filing systems
- Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment

**Skills & Experience;**
- Knowledge of office administration procedures
- Managing multiple and changing priorities at once
- Diary Management
- Must have a good working knowledge of Sage
- Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint
- Managing administrative processes
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Level of discretion and judgment
- Ability to work on own initiative
- To be trusted with confidential information
- Accurate data entry
- Able to work to deadlines in a pressured environment
