Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for organisation? We are looking for a dynamic Merchandising Assisatnt to join our team at LOFT. As an integral part of our business, you'll play a crucial role in managing stock levels across multiple locations, ensuring our customers always have access to the latest products.

As our Merchandising Assistant, you'll be the driving force behind maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring seamless operations. From raising purchase orders to tracking deliveries, your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that our inventory is optimized across all locations. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and external suppliers to uphold our commitment to excellence.

**About the role**:

- Maintain accurate stock levels and monitor movement to optimize inventory.
- Assist in expediting purchase orders and updating order confirmations promptly.
- Source alternatives and confirm lead times while liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Own weekly and monthly reports, providing valuable performance analysis.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, sales teams, and suppliers.
- Enhance our nationwide supply chain by strengthening relationships with key suppliers.
- Engage in continuous dialogue with suppliers to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with the Product and Stock Team to implement productivity initiatives.
- Foster a culture of superior customer service and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
- Fulfill ad hoc duties as reasonably requested.

- Understanding of financial implications in project planning and execution.
