**What am I going to be doing?**:

- You be responsible for writing specifications, project management, contract administration, party wall advice, defect analysis, building pathology and much more.

**How do I join them?**:
The role will ideally suit a Building Surveyor graduate with a few years’ experience in a similar role. Some APC diary completion would be an advantage, but full support to start your APC process is available if you have a RICS accredited degree.
