Lockton Re’s Client Services team are currently looking for skilled reinsurance professionals to join them, joining us at an excited period of growth. Based in our City office (3 days per week), you will work closely with colleagues in broking, operations and production support to enable excellent service delivery for our clients.

**The Role**
- Negotiating claims from initial notice, through to the settlement and closure, for a range of reinsurance classes
- Completing adjustments pro-actively and in the time frames required
- Working independently, managing priorities and supporting team colleagues to ensure excellent client service.
- Actively building relationships with team, internal and external clients
- Identifying client’s individual requirements and work alongside them to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Participating in client and reinsurer meetings as required
**About you**
- Previous experience in a (re)insurance Claims or Premium role
- Experience dealing with large corporate clients
- Previous experience of Salesforce and Open TWINS is advantageous
- Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships with colleagues and clients
- Proven problem solving skills, including the ability to resolve unusual and complex issues and then devise actionable solutions
