**Practice Education Lead - Allied Health Professions (Ref: 158495)**

**Part Time - 15 hours per week**

**Band 7 - Salary Range £46,244 - £53,789 per annum (pro rata)**

**Distant Islands Allowance of £2,256 per annum (pro rata) and a Relocation Allowance of £8,000 is also payable**

An opportunity has arisen to take a lead role in supporting the educational needs of the AHP workforce within the workplace across Community Health and Social Care Partnership, Shetland.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a flexible and proactive approach to practice education.

The purpose of this role is to support and facilitate the development of the workplace as a sustainable quality learning environment for all Allied Health Professional staff (Registered AHPs, pre-registration students, support workers and staff “returning to practice”) working across all care settings within the Health Board area. In addition the post holder will contribute to the development and implementation of national practice education programmes of work.

- You have education relevant experience
- You are a qualified AHP and registered with the HCPC
