**What you'll do**:
Our specialists deliver a wide range of cyber security solutions and services for clients in the public and private sectors across the UK. This provides an excellent environment to develop your career in cyber security.

This role will provide you with the opportunity to undertake a variety of cyber security services. This will initially involve providing security management services to our clients which will include; providing direction, advice and guidance on cyber security topics, contributing to the development and maintenance of ISO 27001 information security management documentation; managing threat and vulnerability management activities, assessing security requirements in change management, security incident management and the conducting cyber security audits.

You will be required to effectively communicate information security risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders and understand how to frame cyber security issues in terms of business risk. The role may involve operating as part of a larger Cybit team working embedded within a client. This is an excellent position for an individual with solid technical understanding of networking and/or cyber security, who enjoys client interaction and is keen to learn.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- A strong technical knowledge of information technology systems covering IT infrastructure, networking and cloud services.
- Experience of information technology, networking or cyber security in a technical or consulting capacity
- A good understanding of the following would be an advantage:

- Cyber security technology, cyber risk management and security compliance;
- Operational IT or cyber security management;
- Security standards such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials, PCI DSS, NIS Directive
- The ability to communicate tasks to third party teams
- A customer-focused approach that seeks to understand and appropriately respond to customers business needs.
- A security related qualification such as CISSP or CISM would be advantageous
- A current UK driving licence
- Eligibility to obtain a UK Security Clearance.
